Step-By-Step
I trimmed all of the extra lines out and was left with this.

I extruded it 0.4in but I did not extrude the circles.

I made a larger circle around the top two circles, and put a line going through the bottom of the large circle.

I then trimmed the bottom of the larger circle off giving it a flat bottom.

I extruded the partial circle 0.11in making it stick out a little from the rest of the part. I did not extrude the smaller circles inside the larger circles.

Finally I had a finished break bracket in inventor.

I exported the brake bracket to fusion.

I entered in the stock dimensions and the tool path.

Milling
What I Learned
During this project I learned how to use fusion and set up the mill. I also learned how to follow an instruction sheet to make an exact thing. The last thing I learned is that you need to adjust the power on the laser when your engraving softer materials, and that you need use a pure blue in illustrator to do that.
