Arduino is an electronics platform that allows you to use hardware and software. Arduino started as a program to get students into computer science but soon launched globally. In our Arduino kits we got a breadboard that allowed us to make circuits on it with the many lights sensors and more. Arduino also allows you to upload code to your breadboard so you can combine circuitry and coding.

During these projects I learned a lot about circuits. I have never really done any circuitry before so it was really cool to learn some of the basics. I also relearned a lot of coding. For quite a while I had been really into coding but then over the course of Covid I didn't really do much with coding. I ended up forgetting a lot of what I used to know. These projects helped me remember how to do some coding and taught me even more. These projects also taught me not to procrastinate. I ended up doing the last three projects very last minute and I thought I could get them done. What I didn't account for was that two of the projects wouldn't work and I had run out of time to ask for help or spend a lot of time on them. If I had done these earlier I would have been able to spend the time to get them right.
